Describe the Feature

Update the codegen/runtime Kotlin version from 1.5.31 to 1.6.0.

Is your Feature Request related to a problem?

No, just want to be on the latest Kotlin version.

Proposed Solution

Update the Gradle properties to specify Kotlin version 1.6.0. This may require bumping related versions such as atomicfu, serialization, coroutines, etc.
