Test Canaries

Implement e2e test canaries (e.g. lambda function, ECS task, EC2, etc) that tests various parts of the SDK.

This can either be manual or ideally integrated into our CI. We want to be mindful of how often it runs and how long it takes to complete.

This initial task will focus on testing on a single engine only—the default OkHttp.
