    • [Breaking Change] When service clients are configured with a service URL and the signing region can not be determined from the host name the SDK would incorrectly default to us-east-1. Now the SDK will detect the default region configured for the environment and use that for signing region. If there is no default region the SDK falls back to the previous behavior and defaults to us-east-1.
