Description of changes:
Adding two new functionalities to
wr.athena.start_query_execution:waitflag, which when set toTrueautomatically callswait_queryand returns the query execution resultread_sql_query. Therefore, the cache functionality was moved to a new private moduleBy submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
