Description of changes:
Updates changelog, posted benchmarking results in text file instead of manually copying to markdown table for minimal value like we did before. This strategy is also much more conducive to automation, since our Gradle JMH plugin can configure the output of the result file, so this can all be rolled into a GH Action.
I did compare benchmarking results to previous version, and there were improvements across the board. Likely thanks to #212 @anuraaga ;)
