Suggestion: More user-friendly `copilot init` error behavior

I typoed my AWS_PROFILE name, so copilot init died, but it wasn't immediately obvious from the below output.

My suggestion is less of the debugging verbiage (unless the user requests it with --debug / --verbose) and more human friendly guidance like, "No valid AWS credentials found. Please read this doc <link to AWS credentials docs> to learn how to configure credentials."

Also, what's with all the Ws in this output? My whole terminal screen (well, about 80 characters wide worth) is filled with them. This is on PuTTY ssh'd into an Ubuntu VM in a screen session.

Thanks for the issue @pwillis-els ! The error message improvements totally makes sense, we should be able to do that.

The weird "W" characters happen when the screen size is too small, and seems to be related to the library that we are using the spinner (briandowns/spinner#110). Would you mind trying to resize the terminal screen to see if the problem goes away? Thanks!
