* By default stunnel may create stunnel pid file as /var/run/stunnel*.pid.
  When concurrent mounts happen(e.g. in /etc/fstab) there is chance that
  the stunnel failed to be launched due to this stunnel file already exists
  since another mount created this file and the file is not removed yet.
