Fix handling of long labels across app UI

Description

• Add Field and Separator components from shadcn/ui
• Add shadcn/ui semantic colors to make component copying easier
• Add gx-wrap-break-word utility to combine all the wrapping techniques together in to one css class
• Add outline variant for buttons
• Fix handling of long labels in form items, legend, empty state, etc
• Update neighbor filter options to be vertically oriented

Validation

• I tested locally by turning off the SPARQL prefix substitution logic which forces all RDF URIs to be full length
• Fixes for node & edge style dialogs will come in another PR
