The https-connections section was moved under troubleshooting.md but the link is pointing to the old https-connections section which does not exist

Description

Fix https-connections link in documentation.
The https-connections section was moved under troubleshooting.md but the link is pointing to the old https-connections section which does not exist.

Thank you for the contribution! Just one small tweak, then we can merge this.

This makes sure that non-main branches can also link to their current branch instead of main branch.
