MIPROv2 Optimizer doesn't do anything significant

As can be seen here, the only metaparameters that the MIPROv2 optimizer actually optimizes are the model temperature and the NUMBER of examples.  It is not used at all to select instructions or to select actual examples, as it is intended to be, and as it is in DSPy:
