I see that the code of the main branch does not seem to implement the specific sending and receiving functions

I'd like to know if this master branch or the other two branches are complete versions that can run successfully?

Additionally, does the current monitor require manual initialization?

Sorry for the late reply. We are currently rebuilding FuseLink from the scratch and remove the dependency on NCCL. The motivation is that we found FuseLink has conflicts over some of the parameter settings, including channel numbers, buffer sizes. We will update when this is ready.
