Pre-release roll. Moves the seven [Unreleased] entries into a dated [1.0.2] - 2026-05-17 section, adds a fresh empty [Unreleased] block, updates the link references. After this merges, dispatch the release workflow: gh workflow run release.yml --ref main -f tag=v1.0.2 -f dry_run=false The release-announcement workflow will then auto-post the v1.0.2 notes to the Announcements category in Discussions. Closes #102.
