Overview

reddit-cli is a command line client for browsing reddit. It is written in python3 using the Python Reddit API Wrapper - praw package.

Features

As of now, reddit-cli only supports viewing submissions categorized as new, top, controversial, rising and hot. The limit of scraping is 100 submissions per run(cause nobody likes to be rate limited), but you can always run again for new ones. We will try our best to keep updating the features to much broader extent. Do note that reddit-cli requires a reddit account and cannot work without authentication.(will hopefully add a workaround for browsing without authentication soon)
