Allow to save and load built pipelines

You can now build new pipelines from the empty one with [add_pipeline_unit command](https://lima-python.readthedocs.io/en/latest/aymara.html#aymara.lima.Lima.add_pipeline_unit). It should be possible to save and reload these new pipelines later.
