Hi, I'm Ayush 👋

I'm an AI-native Product Manager. Currently at InsuranceDekho (CarDekho Group) where I lead the platform product and run AI initiatives. Most of my work involves optimising the platform product (5L+ MAU) and shipping AI systems in production. I also build things on the side to keep myself hands-on.

What I work on

  • AI systems in production: AI automation workflows, LLM-based engines, Model evals, customer support agents.
  • Platform product: Transaction journeys & system optimisations across motor, health, life, & renewals LOBs.
  • Latest side project: Building a system that brings software engineering discipline to prompting: writing, versioning, and test-like validations.
  • Other projects: RAG-vs-Pageindex comparison pipeline & caffiene tracking engine.
