This PR is branched off of #3

Added a new move_cubes_and_step_sim function that demonstrates

  1. pausing sim
  2. setting entity state - moved cubes to new positions above the table
  3. stepping simulation

Other Gazebo-specific changes:

  • Added gazebo specific URIs
  • Added a new move_ur10_joint_array_topic function for moving the UR10 arm.
  • Prevented loading / unloading world if sim-backend is gazebo
