Format of date or datetime fields missing

There seems to be no obvious way to give a format like %Y-%m-%d or %Y-%m-%d - %H:%M for a date or datetime field.

In line 163 of djqscsv.py I've found this:

def _sanitize_value(value):
    if isinstance(value, unicode):
        return value.encode("utf-8")
    elif isinstance(value, datetime.datetime):
        return value.isoformat().encode("utf-8")
    else:
        return localize(value)

isoformat always defaults to YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS[.mmmmmm][+HH:MM]. I think it would be much nicer to see if the user wants a custom format and otherwise default to isoformat.

Thanks for raising this issue. This was also requested on the discussion for #49 by @avelis. I'll add support for this when I can.

Given the issues raised for #63 + #49 there seems to be two distinct requests here. One is to extend record sanitization as in #49 which would allow me to customize date time records as requested here.

However, looking at this request. A simpler approach for #63 might be to expose a string setting for date time formatting. While this doesn't expose customization it would alleviate my pain point and enhance the library overall.

My thought was to take a function of type (datetime.datetime -> string) as an option, rather than a format string. String here might mean <type 'str'> specifically, or anything that supported .encode("utf-8"). Not sure yet.

This will allow the user to perform any kind of date formatting they want, but would be more verbose than taking a format string.

Both would be okay for me. I just want to tell the lib which datetime-format should be used! ;)
