- pyproject.toml: 0.10.0 -> 0.11.0; cross-ai-core[all] floor 0.8.0 -> 0.9.0
- requirements.txt + requirements-no-tts.txt: cross-ai-core[all]==0.9.0
- CHANGELOG.md: full [0.11.0] entry covering AGT-9 alias->agent cleanup
  (module/symbol/fixture rename, hidden CLI back-compat, env-var
  consolidation, wiki sweep, migration one-liner). Also retitled the
  [0.10.0] header to drop the stale "(unreleased — Agents v2)" tag now
  that v0.10.0 is live on PyPI.

Pairs with cross-ai-core 0.9.0 (just published).
