Reading SMS from Sony Ericson W880i

Hi!

May be there are some ideas on how to read the received SMS from the phone?
The problem - phone receives sms and they can be listed by AT+CMGL=4, as well as deleted by AT+CMGD=1,4, but for some reason reading of them by the library does not happen at all.
Response on AT+CPMS? is:' +CPMS: "ME",0,1000,"ME",0,1000,"ME",0,1000', 'OK
Switching to SIM card memory by using AT+CPMS="SM" returns '+CPMS: 0,20,0,1000,0,1000', 'OK', but reading of the new received messages does not take place, either. Phone beeps on reception.
