Toggling babili plugins in REPL

It'd be nice to be able to toggle Babili transforms in REPL

I thought we had a issue to track it but it's similar to babel/website#92

Oh yeah, that's an interesting one as well.

I think the implementation would be similar. The passing of options is easy but we have to design a UI to do it.

That would be a nice "first contribution" -type of task, imo. Should be fairly easy to do.

IMO, it would be better to have the user pass a json instead of just toggling a plugin.

@boopathi I think both have their pros. For someone familiar with options and/or using something in their app, passing JSON is better. For someone who just wants to explore which options there are or how they affect everything, toggling seems better.
