Sort in descending order by default

The list of blocked IPs is sorted in ascending order by default, so the oldest ones are first. I think it makes more sense to sort this in descending order, so the most recent blocks show first.

Good point, will do it in the next release.
In case of urgency, you can change 'asc' to 'desc' in line 19 of the 'ip_blocking.admin.inc' file.
