Prevent blocking the same IP multiple times

This is standard functionality of the module, see my screenshot below:

How did you get that? Some kind of direct import into the database? It would be nice to find a way to reproduce this.

In addition, the Antiscan module provides additional cleaning for duplicates of IP addresses that are blocked simultaneously by multiple requests from the same address.

The form itself might not allow entering duplicate address, however if you block IP addresses from elsewhere - for example, fro the website's watchdog/log page - it doesn't check if an IP had already been blocked.
