Increase size of text area for comments

Title pretty much says it all. The text area for comments is super small and annoying to navigate around for long comments (which I make frequently). Having it automatically increase in height (and/or width) as comment length grows would be an awesome UX improvement.

^ This is how commenting currently works today, multi-line enabled through cmd+enter...

I can still def create better Ui around all this though, just want to make sure im capturing the issue correctly

I think I understand... the toolbar format itself is constraining for lengthy writing. The width is fixed and the height, while it grows, is still awkward to navigate in a floating bubble.
