Disable Approve if I have annotations

After once wiping out 30 minutes of annotations on a plan, I have a mini panic attack in fear of accidentally clicking the green button.
It'd be great to either disable it unless annotations are removed, or at least have a confirmation dialog to confirm before ignoring all annotations.

it's not disabled but it is dimmed, and there is a confirmation now. I suffered the same early on. But built all the below. Let me know if i there is something better that can be done.

Also, all your annotations are saved in ~/.plannotator/history or ~/.plannotator/plans

Amazing! I hadn't clicked on it since that one mis-click, so I hadn't seen the confirmation. I can breathe easier now :) Thanks for building such a great product. I've told my team about it, and they love it too.
