Feature Request: Make review support multiple repos

I can't describe it exactly because my english is not that good, but like:

• Workspace
  • repo 1
  • repo 2

Can both be revised at once?
I know monorepo solves this but didn't want to deal with it now.

I like the direction. When working on multiple projects in parallel, having a new tab for each plan feels a bit messy, even with auto-close 😶‍🌫️

@foxytanuki would you be against a static server, this would mean:

• long lived local process
• same port/endpoint (single tab)
• ability to detach from session (nice for opencode & pi, matters less for claude and codex since they background)
