Safari 26.4
Every time I scroll diff view down in Safari (to read review comments for example), the scrollbar of the diff itself (on the right) stays at the top and doesn't move. The scrolling works, but as soon as animation stops, the view jumps back to the top of the diff.
If I switch away to a different tab and come back (or cmd+tab to a different app), the diff's scroll bar begins moving properly, but the page still resets back to the top every time after scrolling down.
Firefox doesn't have this issue.
