我在用opencode开发，用了oh-my-opencode-slim + plannotator , 当 plannotator 处理完后我的cli 终端由 "Orchestrator" 模式 切换到了 build模式。 我认为plannotator在切换模式前应该检查下是否是在Plan模式下,如果不是就不要去切换。
