Really nice plugin. I have been using it a lot for the past 2 days and I love it!
Here are some UX issues I noticed that can be improved:
- indented lists are not properly displayed (no indentation)
- the annotation input is a bit small (can be a textarea) and when user scrolls away, the annotation popover disappears automatically and the content in the input cannot be recovered
