Removes the "show only when team-size = Just me" behavior added in PR #773. The checkbox + lifetime-free-access note are now visible to every visitor regardless of team size. Reverts the wrapper div, the setContributorVisibility() helper + its call site in the pill picker, and the .ws-contrib-block CSS.
