CART Fault Impact Reduction Control Module

This release is updated to correspond with the article "Demonstration of a Fault Impact Reduction Control Module for Wind Turbines", to be published in Wind Energy Science. Terminology was updated and the communication of predicted shutdown ramp rates was added.

CART Fault Impact Reduction Control Module

This is the first release of the CART Fault Impact reduction Control Module developed in Simulink, which was used to run simulations for the paper Demonstration of a Fault Impact Reduction Control Module for Wind Turbines, currently under revision. The readme document explains how a user can run and add new fault checks to the control program.
