Create support for WooCommerce (WordPress) shopping carts

As detailed in a chat log with jacobolus on IRC on March 1st, he told me to open a ticket about getting WooCommerce third-party support for Balanced payments.

I would love to use Balanced over Stripe due to speedier payouts, but cannot realistically do so until a plugin is available (and I'm not much of a developer, sorry).

Let's prioritize this, right now we have @Astoundify and @easydigitaldownloads who have reached out to us. You also want @woothemes integration.

Are these the three we should prioritize?

@joelbronkowski and I were actually trying to connect about a Woo/Balanced collabo in November, but timezones and the holiday season thwarted us. Would love to continue the conversation with WooCommerce directly as well as seeing what someone like @pmgarman can develop from the community
