Feature Request: Work with Spotify Car Thing #313

Spotify Car Thing is finally making it to market and I'd love this to be usable with my volumio setup. The most elegant implementation I can think of is getting volumio to be discoverable via bluetooth like a phone and then allow this plugin to communicate in the same manner as the spotify app would on the phone. Likely a bit of a pipe dream until Spotify releases some technical documentation on the Car Thing but I wanted to plant the seed early!
