How to reproduce

Go to "Calibration"
Select "Flow Rate"
Select "Manual Calibration"
Select "Complete Calibration"
Under "Left Nozzle", select the option for external filament. This will force the left nozzle to show "Unsupported filament".
Right nozzle will still show the correct filament for right nozzle.
Select "Calibrate".

Actual results

Segmentation fault. No core dump was left behind, despite OS/shell settings that would support this.

Expected results

Start a flow rate calibration for the external filament.
