fix: simplify dev and ignore unused files from repo

Changes

• merge command to init environment
• ignore unused files and folder from remote
• use .env.example instead .env

How to Deploy

1. Ensure ffmpeg installed (currently install manually)
2. Create new app from git repo, https://cloud.terpusat.com/v2/applications/create

3. Fill application information and select VPS 4. Add env variable if any 5. Deploy 7. Check application status
