Link the site, status, Discussions and Code of Conduct; note the six-digit limit on Nostr Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Point the links at main, now that develop is gone Chirp moved to trunk-based development after v0.3.0 and deleted its develop branch, so every blob/develop link here returned 404. They now point at main, where each linked file exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Fábio Mendes <fabiomendes@mailfence.com>
Describe the Nostr path as shipped, not planned Nostr signalling (barahn/chirp#43) and the PAKE over the code's secret part (#21, #94) are in develop, behind -nostr. "How relays work" now describes the two ways two Chirps meet today, what each server sees, and what is still missing: a public server and a default relay list. Add the home page and "How relays work" Home maps the repository's documentation, which stays the source of truth. "How relays work" explains why Chirp's relays are standalone and never form a cluster, and what decision 5 in docs/product-model.md puts in place of a relay network.
