docs: add MacOS installation, first launch and removal steps MacOS ships as a universal DMG covering Intel and Apple Silicon. It is not notarized, so the first launch is blocked until the app is opened from the context menu or quarantine is cleared.
docs: cover every platform in the download, log and removal steps The download step still named the Windows installer, which contradicted the four platform options directly below it. Testers are asked for logs without being told where they are, and going back to a stable build now differs per platform.
