Present CI summary rows with explicit status prefixes and bracketed duration metadata so job state is readable at a glance. Use the same bracketed duration treatment in log views so timing reads as metadata instead of content.

Problem
CI summaries and logs still make status and timing too implicit. Summary rows rely mostly on highlight color, and durations read like part of the content instead of metadata.
Solution
Render CI summary rows with explicit status prefixes and bracketed duration metadata. Use the same bracketed duration treatment for log step timing so both summaries and logs present timing as metadata rather than inline content.
