feat: drag-to-reorder media server priority#253

Allow users to drag servers to reorder upload priority. The first server in the list is tried first when uploading media. Shows a drag handle and "Primary" label on the top server. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
