feat: add NIP-29 chat room translations for all 10 locales#343

Translates all 38 new group chat room strings (tabs, titles, labels, actions, errors, dialogs) into de, es, fr, it, ja, ko, nl, pt, ru, zh. Also fixes one hardcoded content description in DmListScreen. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
