Clarify version compatibility between components

It might be helpful to clarify compatibility between different components of the ecosystem (e.g. SDK, APIs, contracts).
A simple compatibility matrix or versioning guide could help developers avoid confusion.

Concrete proposal for the compatibility matrix.

Looking at the current Wagmi integration guide (docs/base-account/framework-integrations/wagmi/setup.mdx), it already pins @base-org/account to "2.2.0" in its override examples, but there's no central reference explaining what version ranges are compatible with each other.

Here's a draft compatibility table that could live in a new docs/base-account/overview/compatibility.mdx or be added to the existing overview page:
