- Rename Base.dev → Dashboard throughout (section titles, body text, service definitions)
- Update service subtitle and URL: Base.dev → dashboard.base.org
- Update "Last Updated" date: December 4, 2025 → April 08, 2026
- Remove Optimism Collective reference from Section 1 (Bridging Smart Contracts)
- Section 3 (Dashboard): expand description to include APIs/metadata/developer tools
- Section 3: remove Farcaster/Github specifics from verification clause; add "at any time" to suspension clause
- Section 3 license grant: simplify trademark bullet; update content bullet to new wording
- Section 7: update Dashboard bullet (developer platform, new URL, add CDP ToS link)
- Section 9: remove Optimism Collective attribution from upgrade bullet; fix grammar ("impacts" → "impact")
- Section 15 (Indemnification): convert both paragraphs to ALL CAPS
- Section 20: remove trailing period from "Entire Agreement" heading
