From commit 9d5aae8 to 9c52bc0, the following changes were made:

1. feat: support theme flag in rag-agent (72f0d6a): Added support for a --theme flag in the CLI to allow users to specify UI themes (e.g., dark mode).
2. fix: enhance tui (d5526f0): Improved the Text User Interface (TUI) with better responsiveness, syntax highlighting for diffs, loading indicators, styled user query cards, and expanded panels to adapt to terminal width.
3. ci: use local backend for tests (f8070bb): Updated CI configuration to use the local LLM backend for integration tests, avoiding dependency on Ollama in GitHub Actions.
4. fix: --cli flag for legacy mode (9c52bc0): Fixed the --cli flag to properly enable legacy CLI mode instead of TUI, ensuring correct behavior for non-interactive usage.
