Fizzy Orientation Video from Jason Not Playing in Card

In the "Finally, watch this Fizzy orientation video" card, the video from Jason isn't playing. The spinner loads for a second, but then doesn't play. Great video to watch (watched it on the home page), so would be great to have it work here as well!

Reproduced something similar in Chrome and VIvaldi. You have to load the page, and then reload again after a little while to see that the videos don’t load. My experience: I did most of the onboarding steps yesterday, and then I came back today to finish up once I found time to watch the videos.

This is a service worker bug. It only happens on subsequent page load. I can temporarily get the video to load by unregistering the service worker.

On subsequent page load, something (turbo?) spots the video element and tries preloading it with fetch (in the service worker), but the browser blocks that request because the app’s connect-src is a limited whitelist, unlike media-src. This doesn’t happen on initial page load because the browser’s native video loader is blocked media-src.

This is from the CSP header:

media-src 'self' blob: data: https:;
connect-src 'self' https://storage.basecamp.com/;

So I think the easy fix is to add https://videos.37signals.com/ to the connect-src policy, or move the video to storage.basecamp.com.
