Omarchy + Intel Mac T2 Setup Script

I created a script takes a clean/vanilla Omarchy install on an Intel Mac with T2 Chip and installs the needed packages to get wifi, keyboard working, even on boot. Hopefully it helps someone else:

This script builds off of this amazing discussion: #773 by @nunix

The major difference is that you can use the Omarchy ISO instead of installing Arch, then Omarchy manually. Feedback welcome!!
