Quattro regression in keyboard-first design?

I'm loving a lot about quattro. However, the new audio and Bluetooth UIs just feel like reskinned windows. I much preferred the popup windows for bluetui and wiremix. The VIM style navigation and window aesthetic is nice. Also it's constantly searching for wifi and bluetooth. In the old ui I could disable that and it wouldn't revert.
