Reintroduce Bare Mode

What do you need?

I’d suggest reintroducing bare mode to the installer. Fixes a bit of hassle having to uninstall Spotify and webapp bloat. Chromium fork and all the other defaults that came with bare mode are fine, and I understand others may not fully agree, but freedom of choice is a big thing. Bundling your own webapps isn’t something I’m a fan of either.

Would have been fairly easy to fix if we implemented #1936 , so you could essentially just black out a file while install. But bare-mode is a no go unfortunately.

There's no bloat. Everything in Omarchy is something I use.

You can already bare mode Arch + Hyprland and cherrypick what you'd like from Omarchy. But this distro is unapologetically chef's choice (that's why I put it in the name!).

While I understand that it is "unapologetically opinionated", it is nice to have options. For example, I always, when installing Omarchy, install it manually so as that I can have the Linux hardened, LTS, and zen kernels. (I perform security research).

I would request that at least the TUI installer from Arch is kept as-is, so I can go from archinstall and then "debloat" from there.

Also, why remove bare mode to begin with? Just curious. It's great for virtual machines and whatnot.
