Unify the theme css files for swayosd, walker, and waybar

They should all be using a uniform look. Let's use use a single file that has all the definitions.

Here are the current color variables for each of them. Some changes are commented that I think would make unification work well.

What I want is one set of definitions, so we use something like:

I think that might actually cover all the variations we have in the actual color sets?

On second thoughts, I actually don't think we should do this. Themes should have the power to radically change the look of waybar/walker/sway. Not just to redefine the colors. So let's just keep them separate.
