Not charging banner

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H, UHD Graphics, Omarchy 3.2

### What's wrong?

When I hover over the charging icon, I see the message 'Not Charging' but I am sure it is charging because the charging light turns on when I plug in the battery and turns off when I unplug it.

% of battery is gone when i unplug. I love when i first saw.
