This commit aims to allow the user, upon initial setup, to choose if they wish to use bash or zsh.

Appreciate the work here, but I don't want Omarchy to have that kind of options in the box. It should come as a single, opinionated package. But I'd totally support linking to external scripts in the manual that can transition someone from bash to something else! |

This PR allows the user to choose if they want to use bash or zsh, and populates the correct zshrc or bashrc depending on the choice.
Also sets Hyprland to start on zsh via zprofile.
