This PR attempt to fix the issue of the package terminaltexteffects not being detected. It assumes that mise is the main tool for managing python versions, therefore it detects which python version is being used then checks if tte is installed before running the loop.

This is sorted for all new installs (since python/tte is added before mise is used to install python). So think we're just going to leave it at that. |
